This is quick post to pass on a few updates for you all.
My Mad Methods magazine creator, Mark De Grass, has sent out a message asking for you all to support our crazy challenge this week end. I’m sure by now you’ve heard that myself and a few of my guys will be performing 1 mile of walking kettlebell swings for RehabCare HOPS, well word has spread far and wide. We now have over €1500 in the kitty, but are looking to raise another €2500. Many of you have sponsor cards, I hope you have them filled in (remember, 10 press ups for every blank space on the card!). If you could return the cards anytime in the next week or so, except on saturday it’d be a great help.
Anyhow, here’s what Mark over at My Mad Methods had to say:
Due to the event this weekend, the regular Kettlebell (beginner/intermediate) and Combat Conditioning classes are not on. Instead come down to Sandymount Strand and cheer us on.
The current Boot Camp will finish up this week, the next one starts on the 7th March. I have 3 spaces available, if you want to take part get in touch ASAP. You are guaranteed to finish fitter, stronger and faster than you were at the start.
The Boot Camp manual is coming together, I’ve more photos to shoot this morning and a FAQ section to write. The cover art was recently provided by a couple of members as was the title. We will be calling the book “W.M.D.” It will be available soon.
Check out the workshop schedule over on the right side of this page, there will be a Level 1 and 2 workshop on the 6th March.
Regards
