Training Sequence..

  1. Set a training time with a defined starting time

  2. Set up your training space

  3. Review your plan, you do have a plan don't you?

  4. Ensure you have everything you need and nothing you don't

  5. Warm up consciously, use this as a "systems check"

  6. Do the work, consciously, with precision

  7. Pack up

  8. Hit the shower

  9. Feel smug and satisfied the rest of the day.
