Our next Beginners Kettlebell Course is now open for bookings.
The aim of this course is simple.
Teach you safe technique, introduce you to safe and effective training structure and give you the ability to exercise using a kettlebell either on your own or if you choose, join our regular training sessions.
There is no hard sell on joining our regular sessions.
You can expect to learn:
Basic joint mobility
Good hip hinge
The basic lifts
Working at your level
And some more besides.
The course is taught by Seb, our resident Big Bear.
Seb is not only an experienced coach, but also a nutritionist who will answer any questions you will have regarding fuelling your body to get the best results from your exercise and training.
Who is this course for?
Absolutely anyone who is interested in moving and feeling better.
We have clients that range from world champion martial arts competitors right the way through to absolute beginners just starting out in fitness late in life.
We don't really care what you're background and experience may be.
We care that you are wanting to do better for yourself, willing to put in some effort but want the skills to do so safely with a long term outlook.
