The forearm still not right so hitting the barbell today.
Set timer for ten minutes and knocked out sets of 3 reps on the hang clean & push press. 60kg x 3 x 10
Lunges of Death (100 yards walking lunge) 24kx in each hand – 4 mins 10sec.
Short and sweet today. Didn’t get a whole lot done yesterday either: Deadlift: 80 x 3, 120 x 3, 140 x 3 Pistol Squats x 20 sec per leg x 6 total sets.
