There is no magic training plan or tool.
In fact, training, any training is only as good as the effort you bring to it on a consistent basis.
It is you that has to train.
It is you that wants to reap the rewards of training.
It is you that sweats.
It is you that pushes.
So it is you that does the work. It's not the kettlebell, the barbell, the sandbag.
It's not the sign above the door of whatever location you train.
It's not powerlifting, or crossfit, hardstyle or girevoy sport.
It's you.
Do the work.
Reap the reward.
Don't sweat the details.
That's your coaches job.
