So here it is, now the Xmas presents are all wrapped up under the tree, here’s the essential year in review email.
It’s been a hell of a year, my busiest to date.
Along the way we have had success in Kettlebell Sport, Enduro Mountain Biking, BJJ, Muay Thai and Kyokushin Karate. Guys and girls who have trusted me to help them train, to push them, to coach them and we’ve had some great results.
Most notably: Maria: Irish National Champion, European Champion and World Champion in 16kg Snatch
Jamie: Gravity Enduro Mountain Biking Champion, 2nd year in the row
Aside from the champs, we’ve had other clients surpass all their own expectations. Pain and injury dropping away being replaced with strength and mobility.
New skills have been learned.
We rolled out the Indian Clubs and Mace in a big way, which has had a profound effect on many of our more full contact athletes shoulder integrity. Others have noticed improved breathing, mobility and reduced tension. Great tools.

This was also the year of Zero Balancing, a style of bodywork/manual therapy. We’ve run this on request only as we’re exploring the value of it with our closest members. But one thing I will say, it’s a great reset. I’ll share some stories from clients in future emails.
So what’s next?
Well that’s partly down to you lot.
I’ve requests for workshops in a couple of locations around Ireland. I’ve online services in construction. The Anatomy in Motion assessments will continue. Our kettlebell based fitness classes will continue. Our athlete programs will continue. The one on one trainings will continue. And I’m sure Marias quest for world domination will continue.
So now it’s your turn.
Hit the reply button and tell me what I can do to help you.
Do you need help with mobility? Old injuries? Exercise technique? Athletic preparation?
What are you working towards? What are you training for? And how can I help you achieve it?
Let me know. (p.s. I may not reply right away, I’m heading to my Mums for a few days then I’ll be moving house, but as soon as I get back into full time work, I’ll go through and answer every single email)
Regards
