No matter how good you think you are, you're never to good for the basics.

Breath well

Squat well

Hinge well

Press well

Pull well

Run well

Eat well

Rest well

You train to be a better human animal

Not a better lifter

Or a better runner

A better human animal can lift well

It can run well

Do the basics well

And there's no telling how good you'll get
