Service Description

Book a Video consultation with either Dave or Seb. This service is included in our online training packages as part of the support we provide, but it's also open to anyone who wants to get in touch and pick our brains. Be careful though, we're old martial artists and gym dudes, we don't have a lot of brain to hand out..... Ok, jokes aside, we can chat about: - Exercise technique - Nutrition (Seb) - BJJ (Seb) - Injury (Dave) - Kettlebell Sport (Dave) - Self Defence (Dave) - Whether or not you should book into one of our services (short answer, YES!) - Setting direction in your training - Why Donnie Yen should have his own Star Wars movie...... In short, these are a great opportunity to get a physical or nutritional assessment, figure out what may be helping or hindering your training or simply have a good ole chin wag. We can use Skype, Zoom, Facebook Messenger, whichever is most convenient. Chat soon.
