Service Description

WG-Fit group sessions are our most popular service. The format is closer to a personal or semi-private training model, but unlike those small settings, we have the social vibe and the atmosphere of a club rather than a studio or gym. Everyone is welcome to attend the group sessions, there is a session plan in place to follow, or if you have specific wants/needs/goals then we will create a bespoke plan just for you. Our methods are unique in the manner we help our clients develop strength, mobility and endurance. Our style of training revolves around efficiency, high quality technique and pushing at just the right pace and no more. You will learn highly effective mobility drills taken from our wealth of martial arts experience and the Anatomy in Motion method. You will learn high quality kettlebell lifting technique, with all lifts being adjusted to your unique ability. And depending on the program you may be coached to use the Barbells, Sandbags, Battle Ropes and Indian Clubs as appropriate, or if you request. Our places are always limited to ensure quality, so please either book yourself into the next convenient class or drop us and email if you have questions.
