Service Description

Over 12 sessions you will learn to handle a kettlebell like an expert. In doing so, you will discover the transformative power of Kettlebell Training. Coach Seb will guide you through safe technique to ensure you lift well, with minimal risk of hurting yourself. You will be guided at your own level through the key lifts, taken through workouts using those lifts and in doing so you will begin seeing and feeling your body change. Seb is also a qualified Nutrition Coach, you can ask him anything about diet and he will help you make the small changes that will help you drop bodyfat while still enjoying food and living a good life. After all, the reason we train is so we can have more fun. Lift Kettlebells, eat well and you will have the physical strength and energy to live a life without limits!
