Welcome to the first of the Kettlebell Workshop Series.

Over the course of these workshops you will learn everything you need to know to go from a complete novice to kettlebell training expert.

All you then need to do is put in the hours of hard work and training that it takes to master the techniques taught, but in doing so you will also master yourself.


Kettlebells have gained a reputation for being a hardcore fitness tool, developing strength of character to match the awesome physical abilities it can develop.

This workshop, being the first in the series assumes no training experience.

This is your start point, and if you are a coach it offers help in working with absolute beginners.

Level 1 is made up of the three most basic fundamental lifts, these are:

  • The 2 Handed Swing
  • The Goblet Squat
  • The Military Press

These three lifts work the entire body.


Also covered in Level 1 are:


  • Basic joint mobility
  • Power Breathing
  • The 5-10-15 workout
  • The Ladder Protocol


By the time you have finished this manual and/ or attended the workshop you will have everything you need to start training safely and effectively with your kettlebell.
