Todays training was short, sharp, intense and gruelling (sounds a lot like my wife!)
Warm Up: 3 mins Skipping 100 Rep Warm Up
Work Sets:
Double Kettlebell Long Cycle: 1 min each of 16, 24, 32 2 min rest 32kg x 1 min, 24kg x 2 min, 16kg x 3 min (no rest)
Felt a bit rough in the stomach which was odd, ate very clean yesterday. Also tight through the shoulders, need to loosen the upper traps and chest more. Still felt that big effort in the legs from Saturdays session. Breathing needs more work.
A good set though.
