An easier day today, it’s hard barreling into a new training program full blast.

20kg Long Cycle x 5mins at an easy pace

Tomorrow is Thursday and the start of my regular classes so I’ll be training with my intermediate / advanced group at 6.30 tomorrow evening, so have to fresh for them…
