Training Log, 5/1/11, Day 3 long Cycle prep

Day 3 – 5/1/11

An easier day today, it’s hard barreling into a new training program full blast.

Warm up: 100 rep warm up no 2. Here’s a video of it:


Work Sets:

20kg Long Cycle x 5mins at an easy pace

16kg Alternating Clean & Press x 5mins This is a favorite drill of Vasiliy Gincko, and myself. Here’s an old video of it: [youtube=]


Tomorrow is Thursday and the start of my regular classes so I’ll be training with my intermediate / advanced group at 6.30 tomorrow evening, so have to fresh for them…
