Warm Up:
Skipping and Indian clubs x 5 mins 1 Arm Clean & Jerk x 5 l/r on 12/16/20/24/28/32/36/40/44kg Minimal rest
Work Sets:
All done with Double 24’s: Cleans x 20 Jerks x 15 Cleans x 20 Jerks x 15 Cleans x 20
Ring Dips with Straight Leg Raise x 7 x 2 Double 24kg Kettlebell Front Squat x 7 x 2 These were supersetted.
All in all a positive workout. The jerks were crisp, the cleans were “easy”.
Still need to work on the rack position and work capacity.
