Good solid session today with my Intermediate / Advanced guys.
Mobility warm up followed by a few hindu push ups and messing with the plank.
Work sets:
Bottoms Up Clean & press (alternating hands), 20kg x 5 l/r x 1 Bottoms Up Double Clean & Press: 20kg’s x 5 x 2, 16’s x 5 x 1
1A: Double 32kg Jerks 1B: Renegade Row 40kg (1,2,3,4,5)(1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1) No Rest
Hip Thrust 64kg x 5
2H Swings, 10 reps each of: 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 40, 36, 32, 28, 24, 20, 16, 12, 8kg
Done!
The wrist thing is still bugging me somewhat but the swelling has gone down. The jerks were comfortable. All weights noted are my own sets, each member the crew worked to their own level.
