Saturday Conditioning class, it was a small and experienced enough group that I could play properly!
We did 5 rounds of the following Power Circuit:
Barbell Front Squat (50kg x 3, 60kg x 3, 70kg x 3, 80kg x 3, 90kg x 2) 24kg Long Cycle (8, 10, 10, 8, 9) Double 32kg swings, outside legs (8, 7, 7, 10, 10) Chin Ups (8, 7, 8, 5, 9)
Felt strong.
