This month you are probably going to see a lot of advice online on how to be "good" during Christmas, don't eat this, don't drink that.
You know what? F... k that.
Just have fun, spend quality time with Friends, Family, Kids.
Drink, eat, have fun and repeat.
A lot of us have so much going on in their lives at the moment that your last worry should be what to eat or to drink during this time.
If you are lucky enough to have a few days off from work, make the best of it.
The only thing I would advise to try to get is good quality sleep or naps. This will make everything better.
Most of you here probably know that it’s hard to do irreversible “damage” in a week, our bodies are not that fragile.
My personal best was to gain 5kg of weight in a week 😊.
The thing is that this is a exception, I am not eating and drinking like that except when I am on holidays. Once you get back to your regular eating, training habits weight falls of.
Go for walks with your loved ones, walking is probably one of the most underrated forms of moving and we should do a lot more of it and have some nice talks while walking.
Especially walking in nature has a lot of benefits for body and mind.
So there it is, me advice to you for Christmas.
