Individual Training, Individual Results

Part of the current Covid restrictions only allows fitness centres to offer individual training where people have their own area and don't share equipment.


This is the model WG-FIT adopted several years ago


Some members loved it, some hated it and I've had people recommend we change back to the group format.


Other than the sanitary reasons, why individual training rather than group?


In a group people get lost, they hide.

Unless the coach is particularly talented.

This is not optimal for that person's development


A more individual setting, by it's very nature is a more educational experience.

Better opportunity to allow people find their own pace to work at, their best version of each exercise.


It allows a personal training experience at a group training price point.
