They take practice
We tend not to think too much in terms of skill building in the gym. But that’s exactly what we are doing.
Strength is a skill Mobility is a skill Endurance is a skill
The exercises we use to develop them take skill.
And skill development takes conscious, deliberate practice.
Skills that are taught in the traditional martial arts, and should be applied in the weight room.
Its something my WG-Fit members learn quickly. Simply because of the nature of the gym, the culture we have developed and the methods we encourage
So when you next hit the gym, focus. Be deliberate
