
Training Log – 1/2/11
Resting the wrist today, so no specific training, kept it to general strength & conditioning using Deadlifts, bodyweight and a 40kg kettlebell.
And of course my interval timer, which was set for 20 sec work and 10 second rests (Tabata settings) Start out with a few Deadlifts (I jumped in with my guys here, they were in full flow so I cut in and out):
