It’s a question that is often answered by a look of confusion and a drawn out, “Errrmmmm….” Then you ask them to define “Functional Fitness” and they seem to have an easier time.     Fitness. What is it? Back at personal trainer school they tell you that it is “the ability to carry out the daily tasks with enough energy to spare for recreation” or something equally wishy washy. For me and most of the Wild Geese regulars, fitness is so much more than that.
